How it works

Five stages. You sign off at every one.

Nothing goes live without your approval. Here is what happens, in order.

  1. Stage 01

    Research

A live target list of your ideal customers, tens of thousands deep.

    • We map your total addressable market and score every account and contact against your ICP.
    • The list is live. It updates as companies change and people move, so we do not work from a stale export.
    • You review the ICP definition and the scoring rules before anything is sent.

Sign-off: You approve the ICP and the list criteria.

  2. Stage 02

    Infrastructure

Every rep built and warmed on its own dedicated setup.

    • Each managed LinkedIn Sales Rep gets its own dedicated setup. Reps do not share infrastructure.
    • We warm each rep before it sends anything at volume.
    • If email is part of your plan, we connect the sending infrastructure you own and set up monitoring on it.

Sign-off: You approve the rep profiles and the sending setup.

  3. Stage 03

    Copy

Sequences written and tested against your ICP.

    • We write 3-touch message sequences for each segment of your ICP.
    • Copy is specific to the audience. No templates with a first name swapped in.
    • We test variants against each other and keep what earns replies.

Sign-off: You approve every sequence before it goes live.

  4. Stage 04

    Launch

Campaigns go live and volume ramps safely.

    • Campaigns start low and ramp in steps, rep by rep. We watch account health as volume grows.
    • Outreach runs through tools like HeyReach and comparable tools, with manual outreach where it performs better.
    • You see what is live and what is paused in the weekly pipeline report.

Sign-off: You approve the launch plan and the ramp schedule.

  5. Stage 05

    Convert

Replies triaged, answered and turned into meetings.

    • Hybrid Inbox Management: replies are triaged and answered by people, with you in the loop on anything that matters.
    • Interested replies are moved toward a booked meeting on your calendar.
    • Weekly pipeline reporting shows what was sent, what came back and what moved forward.

Sign-off: You approve the reply playbook and the handoff rules.
